The University Film and Video Association at the University of South Florida is dedicated to increasing awareness of independent film and to providing an atmosphere in which those interested in any aspect of production can meet others who feel the same way. Some of the projects that we would like to work on include: hosting a film festival featuring local independent filmmakers, hosting a film festival featuring independent films from around the world, hosting film nights to screen independent films, producing a Public Access series, producing short films and hosting a digital film festival.
